Less fights
Successful couples don't fight that much after a certain point of time - they used to do it at one point and a lot of it, but they don't do that any more.

Strengthen Yourself - Inner Peace

Hanuman Chalisa: The Hanuman Chalisa is a Hindu devotional hymn addressed to Hanuman. It includes forty chaupais or verses on Hanuman that’s why the word chalisa comes which means chalis or forty. The Hanuman Chalisa invokes something within — they are vibrations. The reader just needs to know that he is repeating something that will clean up his mind. The Hanuman Chalisa removes obstacles. Hanuman is strong and powerful and invokes power within. So have belief and faith that something good will happen. It’s a devotional practice, different from listening to songs. As you continue chanting, your heart starts to open. Science cannot explain the effects of chanting. The proof is that billions have benefitted down the ages. Things don’t stick around for so long, if they are not based on true knowledge.

Gayatri Mantra: Mantra is a path to purification of mind. You can begin the mental purification by practising a very powerful mantra known as Gayatri Mantra. This mantra is known for its cleansing effects on the mind. The Gayatri Mantra must be pursued with great reverence and devotion. The mantra is: Aum bhuur bhuvah svah Tat savitur varennyam Bhargo devasya dhimahi Dhiyo yo naha pracodayaat The mantra provides the practitioner with an opportunity to connect with the spirit and stay on the path of realising the Divine light. Practise this mantra each morning after conducting your purification ritual for the body. Gayatri Mantra brings the mind to a very calm place, and when the mind is calm, it breaks down all illusions, so it does not think, ‘I need this, or that, or do this or that’.At that moment, you can talk to the spirit or god within. Everybody is spiritual, but we allow the mind to take over.

Some of the greatest examples of presence of mind

What are some of the greatest examples of presence of mind?

At the Ruparel college (Mumbai), the science lecture hall has benches placed such that the front benches are on the ground, the next 2 rows are placed on an elevated platform and so on. Pretty standard arrangement so that all the students can see the professor and the chalk-board.
Once, the back-benchers sent small glass marbles down these steps. The bouncing sound and the resulting laughter right in the middle of a lecture annoyed the professors to no end, and it was near impossible to locate the students playing this mischief.
The very next lecture was by the famous Prof. Bhide, who used to teach chemistry. In the middle of the lecture, this rolling of marbles happened - but as soon as the initial laughter died down, the professor remarked: "Looks like somebody has lost his property!"
Thunderous laughter followed and thereafter the marbles were never rolled down.

How can we define a happy person?

My neighbour lives in a 3BHK flat worth Rs 1 crore, has a personal servant at her disposal, eats out once a week, drives some SUV car and almost never repeats clothes yet, she:
Complains about trivial stuff.
Gets jealous of our other neighbours.
Blames her relatives and friends for her problems.
Remains dissatisfied from her child's performance in school.
Contacts people only when she is in need.
